By cutting out third party managers it enables clients, the co-owners of residential buildings, to manage their building directly. In a sector plagued by low quality service and general dissatisfaction, the company allows property owners to achieve on average 30% savings on their building costs.
Upon our investment, and 4 years after its inception, Matera was the 5th largest property management company in France, boasting a 90% satisfaction rate in an industry which suffered from the inertia of traditional actors.
